As with any great performance, the end product is the culmination of many years of experience, knowledge and practice. I have over 25 years professional Wedding Photography experience from shooting bohemian beach weddings to Chateau and stately homes, with celebrities and business cognoscenti. The key is in the planning and preparation, designed to let your day flow freely, facilitating special collaborative moments of spontaneity which I am then free to photograph as you relax and enjoy your day.
I adopt a flexible approach, to tell the entire wedding day story in my authentic signature style. This includes taking best advantage of the prevailing lighting conditions and locations which we will have discussed in advance. As a general rule, I start with the bridal preparations and follow the day through to an agreed point which can be the first dance or earlier dependant on your wishes.
At a pre-agreed time, I will spend around half an hour on the essential, classic wedding party and family shots, often offering a unique opportunity to photograph several generations together with yourselves in one special place in time. I will then concentrate my attentions upon the two of you, taking advantage of this rare time alone together to produce beautiful mementos; a visual collaboration between a photographer and his cherished subjects.
