An American in France My love of France and the language began at age 12! I went on to study it in college, did a study abroad living in the region of Brittany, and even taught the language in public and private schools. One could say a francophile has always lived in my soul. Living here is my dream come true. I’ve worn many hats but one of my favorites is as a floral designer; the colors, textures, smell all coming together to create a bundle of eye candy and pleasure. Flowers bring happiness and create smiles. And I love flowers! There is inspiration around every corner; breathtaking views along every country lane. When not walking the streets of Paris, you can find me in the heart of France hiking, gardening and exploring with my bilingual Yorkshire Terrier named Ollie. My artist’s soul is at home in this beautiful country.
